Henrison Law is a boutique firm specializing in legal and tax consultancy for both foreign direct investment (FDI) and local clients. Our focus areas include corporate, commercial, contract, employment, data privacy, inward investment, tax, and litigation matters.

[2] Job Description:

We are seeking a Legal Assistant eager to advance their career with us. The ideal candidate will embrace the opportunity to grow professionally, manage the demands of the role, achieve client goals, independently oversee project progress, and contribute to the growth of the firm.

Working location: District 7 (M. Building), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

[3] Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Law

– Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional law firm, preferably working with multinational clients

– Strong logical thinking, analytical, and negotiation skills

– Solid understanding of legal theory and practical knowledge of the Vietnamese legal system

– Strong health and the ability to travel to other provinces for litigation processes

– Proficient in written and spoken English; proficiency in French is an advantage

– High sense of responsibility, confidence, integrity, and motivation

– Ability to comprehend client objectives and manage projects to meet those objectives

[4] Scope of Tasks:

– Drafting legal documents to support legal procedures and litigation processes;

– Reviewing legal documents as required to ensure compliance and accuracy;

– Representing our Clients in dealings with third parties to address legal needs, including participation in litigation and managing procedural matters;

– Conducting legal research and proposing effective solutions based on current regulations;

– Drafting and preparing monthly legal articles and publications;

– Assisting Partners and Counsel in daily tasks, such as:

  • Preparing meeting minutes Arranging meetings with clients and third parties;
  • Managing the firm’s schedule and liaising with external parties;
  • Supporting office management and administrative tasks

– Additional tasks may include supporting the team in legal advisory work
