WHAT WE DO
- Evaluate corporate‑governance frameworks against Vietnam’s Law on Enterprises and global standards; draft charters, board and committee rules.
- Design and implement enterprise‑wide compliance programmes covering anti‑bribery, anti‑money laundering, sanctions, competition, data privacy, and ESG requirements.
- Draft, consult on, and formally issue detailed Codes of Conduct and Ethics for each business line, ensuring clear, enforceable standards of behaviour.
- Develop and deliver multilingual compliance training programmes—including anti‑corruption, whistleblowing, harassment prevention, data privacy, and ESG—tailored to executive and employee audiences.
- Act as an independent external whistleblowing channel: receive, triage, and investigate reports; provide audit‑ready documentation and remediation guidance.
- Conduct regulatory risk mapping and gap analyses, then develop remediation roadmaps with clear timelines and accountability.
- Lead internal investigations into suspected fraud, corruption, harassment, or other misconduct, and interface with enforcement agencies when required.
- Prepare and lodge mandatory filings and disclosures—foreign‑investment reports, statistical returns, related‑party transactions, and beneficial‑ownership declarations.
- Provide ongoing monitoring of legal and regulatory changes, issuing compliance alerts and monthly advisory updates.
- Perform third‑party due diligence and vendor screening to ensure supply‑chain integrity and sanctions compliance.
- Acting as the Client’s independent third party to receive, advise and handle the Client’s internal whistleblowing or harassment report.
