• clients who involve you in a matter;
• counterparties, regulators, or courts;
• identity‑verification and screening providers; and

Typical data: identification documents and screening results, evidence of ownership or source of funds, information on business activities, disputes, or litigation.

Where relevant and lawful, we may also process:
• special‑category data (e.g., health information in employment or pensions matters);
• data on criminal convictions and offences;
• CCTV or other audio‑visual footage captured at our premises; and
• limited information about children where necessary for a client matter (Henrison Law does not market services to children).
